 Please be reminded, that our 2023 Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 18th at 6:30 pm, (Check-in begins at 6pm) at the Regal Manor Clubhouse.  If you are unable to attend, please complete the attached proxy, sent by email and return to Association Director, Rita Barrett at rbarrett@camsmgt.com. 

We have noticed an increase in cars parked in the Visitor's lot with no permits. All vehicles without permits can be towed. If you do not have parking permits for your guests and vendors visiting your home, follow the instructions below.

Visitors may park for up to three (3) consecutive days with the parking pass. Any cars not displaying the parking pass in their windshield will be towed without notice.

Owners only - to get your passes, download and complete the application below. Using CAMS portal, upload the form. Passes will be mailed to your home.
