Per our CCRs, homeowners must apply for changes to the exterior of their homes through the ARC approval process BEFORE any home exterior work, including storm doors, patios, fences, etc., is started. 

Our ARC committee will review, approve or reject any application.  

Although we strive to be a green community, our CCRs prohibit solar panels.

There is NO-PARKING on Summerlake Townhomes' streets. Towing is being enforced. Homeowners are not to use visitor parking for work vehicles or overflow parking. If your vehicle or your guest is towed, contact the towing company directly.

The board is mindful of holidays and family visits. Any temporary changes to our parking policy for the holidays will be found under ANNOUNCEMENTS..

Garbage and Recycling pick-up is on THURSDAY. Trash pick-up can be late. Garbage containers must be stored in garages or in backyards on any other days., which means your trash cans should be moved by the end of day.
